EmailGrants ("EmailGrants," "we," "us," or "our") is a subscription service that sends curated grant, fellowship, and funding opportunity matches to subscribers via email, drawing from a shared database of researched opportunities. EmailGrants is a companion product to WinGrants; the two are separate paid services with separate accounts and separate subscriptions, though they may share underlying opportunity data.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an EmailGrants account. By subscribing, you confirm that the information you provide (including your email address and any information submitted through our intake quiz) is accurate.
EmailGrants uses passwordless, email-based authentication ("magic links"). We will periodically send you a secure sign-in link to the email address on your account. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email address and for any activity that occurs through links sent to it. If you believe your email account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@wingrants.io.
EmailGrants sends you periodic email digests containing grant and funding opportunities that our systems have identified as potentially relevant to the information you provided (including responses to our intake questionnaire). Matches are generated using a combination of automated research and AI-assisted analysis of publicly available information.
Grant information is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, continued availability, or eligibility requirements of any opportunity surfaced through EmailGrants. Deadlines, award amounts, and eligibility criteria can change without notice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all details directly with the funding organization before applying or making any decisions based on information we provide. EmailGrants does not guarantee that you will receive any funding as a result of using this service.
As part of using EmailGrants, you may voluntarily provide information about your work, funding needs, and (optionally) identity-related information used specifically to help us surface funding opportunities that are restricted to or prioritize certain applicant groups. You agree not to use EmailGrants to submit false information, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The EmailGrants service, including its underlying software, matching methodology, and compiled database, is our property or that of our licensors. Individual grant opportunity information is generally drawn from publicly available sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailGrants and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed application deadlines, denied applications, or funding decisions made by third-party organizations. EmailGrants is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate your access to EmailGrants if you violate these terms. You may stop using EmailGrants and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
